The Senior Pastors’ role is not to do all the works of service themselves, but to train the members to serve and volunteer in the various ministries of the church (Ephesians 4:11-12 and 1 Peter 4:10). We believe that every partner at LoveKey should play their part by using their gifts and abilities to serve others. The more members involved, the more effective the church. The pastors’ role is to equip the people to do the work. Serving is a basic Bible principle that LoveKey embraces and encourages. We have several ministry departments which provide great avenues for serving.
